Louise’s role as The Talbot Group’s Relocation Counseling Services Director is to continually assess the quality of our delivery; communicate new rules and regulations concerning real estate nationwide to the staff; and to decipher relocation, financing, and real estate market trends. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding relocation practice and is easily one of the country’s most experienced and prolific Relocation Counselors.
Louise’s relocation career began in 1988 when she joined a high-quality, high-touch relocation counseling company, as the office administrator. It was there that she began a stellar rise through the ranks, first as a Rental Counselor, then Director, and on to a full Relocation Counselor up to the highest level. Louise joined The Talbot Group in 2004 and was instrumental in winning a prestigious national account for such a fledgling company in the industry. Louise has individually managed hundreds of employee purchases and sales nationwide, servicing some families through two and even three moves over the years and has experience working with international transferees.
An outstanding and dedicated Counselor, Louise is especially adept at helping Candidates tackle complicated issues at the pre-decision stage. Louise is the heart of our organization.
